RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Can I return or exchange an item?

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Marian Hanna online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the amount of the purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange it for another item (s). If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased at Marianhanna.com, please view our website for step by step directions. Please note that Marianhanna.com eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Returns of products are subject to quality approval and inspection at our warehouse personnel. If products condition does not meet the requirements below, the exchange will not be permitted. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure these requirements:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • No animal or pet hair

  • Original packaging

  • Within 30 days of the original purchase date

 

To return or exchange items purchased on Marian Hanna Online, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us with your order ID in hand. We can be reached at info@marianhanna.com.

  • We will send you the return shipping address.

  • Mail the item to us and our team will inspect the product(s) to ensure perfect condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing.

  • If the item adheres to our exchange guidelines we will issue you store credit.

 

Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm your return or exchange request has been processed.

All orders purchased on www.amazon.com are entitled to a 30 day return policy if the product is in unused/unworn condition. Any use of any kind is considered worn.

All orders purchased on www.walmart.com are entitled to a 30 day return policy if the product is in unused/unworn condition. Any use of any kind is considered worn.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately via email at info@marianhanna.com.
